Any way of payment works!

So I used to have a premium account, but my credit card was stolen so I got a new one. In the meantime my premium account was paused. Now I'm trying to pay it with the new card and it doesn't work, nor any of my other cards, or any way of payment. Any advice?

Hey @rodrigona,

 

You should try with a different browser, or open a private window (incognito mode), and see if that does it.
 
Also, try in a different device (computer, tablet, etc.)
 

If that doesn't help, delete your current payment info, and try to put your new information after that.
