App Isn't working

Hello everyone!

     I'm semi new to spotify I've only been a premium member for a few months and haven't faced any problems until recently. Lately I've had issues with songs pausing randomly and more importantly it won't let me save anymore songs. I know there is a 3,333 save limit and I know I'm well below it I only have a few hundred songs. The only thing that could add to it is before I had spotify I had a bunch of cds I downloaded on my phone would those effect it? I'm pretty lost on what to do and close to unsubscribing but I don't wanna someone have any advice?
