App does not search or load pages

When I attempt to search for an artist or song there is a green circle that spins for about a minute then an error message. "Oops something went wrong. Please try again" appears on the screen. So I click on the please try again button and nothing happens. This has been ongoing for months. I have submitted the contact form and recieved a request for all types of information regarding my o.s. and other technical jargon that I am not familiar with. Then you requested I send screen shots of my phone at the time of disruption. And other information was needed before you would be able to address my issues.
A phone contact would be ideal for things like this. It is very difficult to troubleshoot a technical issue via time delayed response to emails.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app multiple times. I restart my phone and force stop the program... nothing works. Please let me know what I can do to fix this program as I am paying for features that are very limited, if not non-existant 99% of the time.
