App won't reconize my subscription on Android

My Question or Issue

I've a premium subscription, but the app won't recognize my subscription, when I access my account details, it say my subscription is premium, I've try to logoff and login but didn't work, I already try to uninstall and reinstall the app but that didn't work either. I update the app yesterday, but the last time I use was on last Saturday. Anyone know what is happening?

It might be possible that you're logging into a different Spotify account. Can you make sure to follow all the steps in this guide?
