Appearing Facebook account is not the same as the one I used to create my Spotify account

My Question or Issue

I created my Spotify account with my own Facebook account. However, someday, my ex-girlfriend was using it from her cellphone and it changed the appearing Facebook account to her. I am still able to connect from my own Facebook account, but I would like to get back my Facebook account as the one appearing on my Spotify account. This issue is spread all over my Spotify account, it is not an issue that I encounter on only one device.
