Apple is charging me for premium but Spotify won't provide it

Newbie

Last month I got double charged. Apple credited me.


This month I got charged once but Spotify is not recognizing that I'm a premium user.

 

I have tried deleting and reinstallign the app on all my devices. Also logging out and logging in on all devices.


Can you please help me get the premium access I am paying for?
