Application won't let me log in

Application won't let me log in

When I try to log in through the application  via facebook, I can't because the facebook button is gone.

If I try to log in inputting my facebook mail and password, it tells me that the mail address isn't registered.

I tried creating a new account, but I try to log in that one through the application, it tells me either the mail or password is wrong. If I try to retrieve the password, it tells me the mail isn't registered.

What can I do about this?

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

It is probably best if you get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to lend a hand to track down your account for you.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
