Applying for Student discount through existing premium account.

I have recently got an NUS extra card and want to apply the student discount to my account. Everytime I follow the instructions on the website it asks me to put my card details in again. Is there a way to apply the discount without cancelling my subscription and creating a new one?

Hey @lapickles,

You can sign up to the student discount here and you'll be asked to enter your payment method info again, just to be sure that it's still up to date and because your current payment method may not be available for the student discount.

Thanks so much Maxim! It looks as though you're setting up another account or another payment by having to put card details in again, but the way you explained it made sense.
