Are currently subscribed people able to get the 0.99 Euro subscription?

So I have been subscried to Spotify for a quite a while and I'm interested in this 3 months for 0.99 Euro deal. But when I go to the page that advertises it says that I don't have the oppurtunity for the 0.99 euro subscription. So the question: If I renounce my current subscription will I be able to subscribe for 0.99 Euros?

You would have to use a different credit card. I had same issues. About a year ago

Those offers are available to users that have never had Premium on their account before (via a subscription or a trial).
