Have you tried logging in using another browser? Or in the incognito tab? Or even using another device (mobile phone, PC, laptop...). I recommend that you do this!
I also recommend that you try logging in using your username 🙂

I've tried on my iPhone & on my PC and I've tried using my username, neither work.
If you have an accessible email, you can try clicking “forgot password” to see if you can login with that method from the device you’d like to listen from. This usually resolves my access issues.
Doesn't work, it says there's no email associated with the account even though there is. Even when I try to resignup with the email it says a account exists with the email.
If you’ve recovered your account from your email in the past, you may be able to search in your email for an access link. I was able to pull from a month old link.

I just want to say that I’m in the same situation as the original poster.
My account was suddenly disabled without any reason. I contacted Spotify support, and they told me my account was disabled “due to security reasons”, but they refused to explain why. They also said the account can’t be reactivated and that I should just create a new one.
I lost all my playlists, saved music, and recommendations.
It’s really frustrating that no explanation is provided and no recovery option is offered.
