Argentina Premium Account Problems

Hello, I used to have a premium suscription but a few days ago I received a message to update my payment information. Since I've been travelling I couldn't do it on time because I didn't have the credit card with me. Now I am trying to do it and the systems don't allow me to keep paying the same rate (special promotion for old users for six months more). Does anybody now if I can do something? I can't find a contact form. Thank u.
