Artist Profile and verifcation help please

Hey Spotify Community!

I have been recently wondering how I could get and artist profile for my spotifiy account? I really need one because my username has already been used but is not valid anymore. I mainly need the artist acount so that I can also upload a profile picture and be verified.

After a lot of reading and searching on google / forums I am not sure if it is also possible to become a verified normal user and upload a profile picture because I have been searching already for this for such a long time and could not find out how to do it. If it is possible without an artist account then that will also be okay with me!

I have a YouTube channel that has over 70.000 Subscribers and was planning to make all my new playlists on Spotify, but before I can do that I just wanted to ask if the two things I mentioned are possible?
