(Artist) Track is not counting (Spotify Insight)

Hey guys,

2 weeks ago i opened a post with the problem that a track of mine is not showing up in my Spotify Insight account (See ref:_00DD0nKeO._500571OVQj7:ref)...

My problem was forwareded to the Spotify Artists guys, they wanted a screenshot (i sent on that day), and i never received an answer (16 days, 4 requests later)... I also wrote them 3 mails before directly on the artist contact page...

Can anyone tell me whats the problem? I can see the track on one of my artists pages, but in my Insight account and not in the track overview (see images).

Also when i share my artists page, just 4 tracks are shown (see images)...
