I published a track via routenote 2 weeks ago, and over a week ago i requested access to my artist account, but i still haven't heard anything from you, even though i sent several mails regarding this. Is there anything wrong?

It sounds like you've already reached out to our Artist Support team here, which is good. They should be in contact with you as soon as possible. 

 

If you've not heard back from them after a few weeks, feel free to ask our support team about it by tweeting our handle. They'll be able to chase up any outstanding requests with the Artist Support folks.
