Artist profile

Hi I'm Roberta.

I've got a problem with my artist profile.

I create my band spotify page "Sharon" by distrokid, but there are two problem:
First: distrokid create a page of another artist with the same name, with her songs, her follower and her audience, so when we log in with our e-mail, we manage her page. So we haven't our personal spotify artist page. 
Second: our songs are on her profile.

How can I fix it?

I've already sent a request for artist separation, but I'dont know if it also works for the first problem. When they will separete our songs from her profile, they will also separate our artist profile from her profile?
