Artist verification...been 10 weeks

I applied for artist verification 10 weeks ago and have not heard back from the Spotify Artist Verification team, even after several attempts to get a hold of someone. Any ideas as to what I can do to actually become a verified artist? Any help or suggestions would be much appreciated.

Yes, I've sent four emails their way, with three responses stating that someone would contact me shortly. In response to my fourth email to them, I received the following message: "As of Monday, May 9, artistverification@spotify.com (this email address) is no longer in use." I have submitted requests through their contact form, as well as on Spotify Cares on Twitter. I still have not heard anything.

How long have you been waiting for a reply from SpotifyCares? It can take up to 48 hours to hear back from them.

Spotify Cares has promptly responded each time, stating they have reached out to the Artist Verification team. My initial message to them was April 28th, six weeks after my application for artist verification.
