Artists About tab broke, can't see Artists Most listened regions

My Question or Issue

When I go to artists about or their profile page, I can't see listeners from regions! But I can do that from another account. Help me, please! This is a small yet irritating problem

Thanks for reaching out about this in the Community!

Try logging out Everywhere. This will sync your account with the servers.

If after that you still can't see the region info, try creating a free test account. If everything works fine there, you can transfer your music library following the steps in this Spotify Guide. Sometimes issues like these can arise with some accounts.

That didn't work. But thank you for trying to help!
I also reached out to SpotifyCares on Twitter. They said they made it this way to make the user experience simpler.

I checked the web version from the same account I am having a problem with, I can see most listened regions from the about tab.
