My Question or Issue

My artist dashboard appears to be broken, whenever I try to load up my dashboard today I keep getting the message "Something went wrong. Reload". I have tried to reset my browser, checked for updates, I have also tried signing in on Firefox but the same message appears. I also tried on the App on Android and get the same problem. This was working fine last night, so I don't know what has changed.

Welcome to Spotify Community and thanks for reaching out here!

I know it sounds simple, but it's often overlooked. Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a quick clean reinstall of the app. Just follow these steps.

If you're still having trouble, could you let me know the exact version of Spotify and the exact version of the operating system you're running?

I'll see what I can suggest next!

Welcome to the thread!

This looks like an issue with the cache & cookies of your browser 🙂
To check if this is the case - open an incognito browser window and see if the issue persists.
If it doesn't - remove your recent cache & cookies and all shall be well.

In case the issue persists in Incognito, it may be related to your network.
To verify if this is the case, if possible, try a different internet connection. 
If you're using any VPN services - try switching them off to see if that would make a difference.
