We'd recommend reaching out to the folks who specialise in Artist Support - they'll be able to take a look at the artist's profiles and make the necessary changes.

Be sure to provide them with the artist profile URI's. To find a URI, go to the desktop app > click the three dots > click Share > click 'Copy Spotify URI'.
