Attempted Subscription Renewal -- Fee was deducted but renewal not shown

Spotify had issues deducting my Premium Subscription fee for this month, so I updated my payment mode. Spotify deducted the monthly fee, then denied subscription access. Appreciate if they could rectify this issue or issue a refund.

Sent them a request. Waiting for them to resolve the issue.

 

Edit: The issue has since been resolved by the Support Team.
