Auto subcribe didn't work.Now back to free version.

Hi. I've been subcribed to spotify premium since last year but last month it cant renew the subscription because there was not enough balance in my account. Now, it has enough balance, i checked my subscription status yesterday and it stated that i've subscribed to premium and will automatically renew on 18/8/16(yesterday). The problem is it still doesn't renew my subscribtion till now. I still use free version. Please help. Thank you.

If your account is Free, it means the subscription was canceled due to the payments not going through nicely. No worries, you can resubscribe for Premium here.
