Automatic collection

Hi,

Currently I have Spotify Premium and use automatic collection (in the Netherlands).

I would like to upgrade towards Spotify Family, but I have to choose a new payment method (credit card / paypall) but I do not see the option of automatic collection.

Can't I keep my current payment method?

By the way, sounds kind a stupid to choose a new payment method (mandetory) when someone is already a customer.

Hey @TheLinQ!

iDeal is not available as recurring payment method. You can only prepay Spotify Premium with iDeal. For Spotify Family you'll need an automatic payment method, like credit card or Paypal. Let me know if you have any other questions.

The fee for Sporify Premium is deducted automaticly from my account. So automatic payment is already the case.

iDeal has recentely been made unavailable. So, now it's not possible to pay through iDeal. I'm sorry, you can still pay with credit card or Paypal. Let me know if you have any other questions.

Thnx for the reply.
In this case Spotify will lose that extra turnover and me reconsidering my Premium account. Sad to see such a company not being so user friendly.
They still have a lot to learn before their IPO in 2018.
