I was charged 9.99 after my 3 month at 0.99$ subscription. I cannot find any person to email/call about this issue as I did not authorize this. And if I did, that it needs to be more clear in the instructions. I don't want spotify for another month and I certainly don't want this 9.99 charge. Who can I talk to?

All you need to do is get in contact with Spotify support and they can take a look backstage. The easiest way to contact them is by messaging SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter. They usually respond within 48 hours!
