Autoplay not working with Alexa on my Echo but works on my Sonos

I checked and Autoplay is enabled on Alexa play and Spotify desktop app Settings. I have tried to update the Alexa app and delink and relink the Spotify skill on the Alexa app. I have tried to reset the Echo and add it back using the Alexa app. Thoughts appreciated !

have you tried doing a clean reinstallation of the app and then reconnecting your Alexa App to the spotify?

I tried and it doesnt work. It is odd Alexa allows Spotify to Autoplay on Sonos but not on Echo no ? Any knows issues with Echo and Spotify ?
