Availability of Spotify service in Romania

Hi guys,
Can anyone give a decent explanation for the country restrictions?
I still don't understand why I can't pay for this service no matter where I am located. It's not like having different subscriptions for different countries.
As long as I am wiling to pay for the service, I should be able to listen anywhere. Service gets paid, artists get paid and I can use it.
What is so important to protect in Romanian music industry that makes this service unavailable in Romania?

Spotify launched in Romania a few years ago, and now the Spotify mobile app and web player have language support for Romanian.
