Hi there @pld241, did a quick search on the Community to see if other users had issues with Bang Olufsen products and nothing came up. Could you provide more information please on the problem you're encountering and the error message your receiving? Also what device are you using and is your Spotify app up to date?

If you already are not aware of it are the problem related by that Spotify closed down their API that the Beosound 5 was using to be able to play Spotify. We can only hope that Spotify can re-open the libspotify API so that our units starts to work again instead of all other strange ways we now are offered to be able to continue to play Spotify directly and not stream it via our mobile.
