I was on a free account solo package. Got email saying I could upgrade to premium for 60 days. Did that then next thing I know £14.99 had been taken out of my account for a family package. This is absolutely DISGUSTING! I want refunding ASAP please. I have recently lost my job & simply can't afford to be ripped off by you! I have not asked to have money taken from me!
