Been billed twice

Been billed twice

Hello.  I've been billed twice for a bit now on my Spotify account.  I've sent in a few emails, but have never received a response from anyone regarding my issues.  It's been several months now, and I'm still getting charged extra for what should only be one account.  If someone could respond to me ASAP regarding this, I'd greatly appreciate it.  Thanks!

I only have the most recent case # I opened.  The other two are missing out of my inbox.   The most recent case # is:

I have found two receipts for Spotify in my in box though.  one from 7/18/13 and one from 7/12/13.
