Been hacked

My spotify account or lastfm account seems to be hacked, which seems quite strange because that person is only scrobbling one band all the time, so it's become my most listened band on lastfm even though it's not a famous band at all.
But to the point, is there any way to disconnect this user from my Spotify?
(I have a premium account if that matters, also already tried lots of times to change password but that **bleep** seems to be able to continue scrobbling anyways)

Hey, @schlakt! That's not cool - let's get you in contact with Spotify customer service so they can take a look backstage. Firstly, please fill out this contact form. You may receive an automated reply asking you to check out the support forums again. Not to worry - just reply back (even if it's a noreply address) and the support team will be able to help you. They should be back to you within 24 to 48 hours.
