Been unknowingly paying Rogers for Spotify Premium for 4 months, but only get free access

Been unknowingly paying Rogers for Spotify Premium for 4 months, but only get free access

So I noticed my rogers bill has been higher than usual. I had the free year of spotify on my rogers plan, but it ran out and spotify said I was now on the free subscription, so I decided to check out Apple Music for a few months. Looked into my bill and saw that I've been getting charged $10 a month since the free thing ran out, but spotify has always said I don't have premium this whole time. I'd definitely like my money back, but I figure that'll have to go through rogers. But they said to cancel the spotify option, I need to go through spotify. So I'd like to do that. I'm attaching some screenshots

Hey @jtouffe,

Welcome to the Spotify community!

As you’re subscribed through another company (Rogers), Spotify is not able to help you cancel your subscription since Rogers manages your subscription and payments. You will need to contact Rogers for help.

As for your account being on free, the Premium subscription may be associated with another Spotify account. Check out this guide to find any other accounts you may have.

For more information on cancelling your Premium subscription, check out this article.
