Before you dump money on a subscription, you may want to consider a company that actually supports their products instead. Spent 20 hours trying to get a hold of them using their "Official Support". No response.

There are a ton of alternatives, and with way better customer support. I'd suggest not wasting your time on them. GJ losing a long time customer. I'm done being polite.

Really sorry to hear that you are unhappy with Spotify and its customer care team. We don't want you to feel like Spotify can't help or doesn't care.

Not sure you can help unless you work for Spotify. Whatever this is, it appears to be an account issue since it affects every device I've tried to login to. The second I use my account the app dies on iOS devices. I dont have any Androids to try, but I have tested 3 iPhones, 2 iPads, and 2 iPod Touch devices at this point and it all ends the same. As soon as I login, Nothing. It either freezes on the spotify logo, or I get the 3 dots loading bar, or it will show me playlists FOR A SECOND and then completely lock up. Tried reinstalling on the iPad and iPhone, got nothing. All updated to 9.3.1 on iOS, and 5.3.0 (i think) on Spotify (Whatever the latest. It would've updated to max during reinstall anyways). I can login to friend accounts fine, or make a free account and it works fine. But my premium account that I pay for wont load.

OH, but I can login to Spotify Desktop. And play music. However, that does me no good since I dont use the desktop app. Really only use the iOS app, on the main iPhone.

You might of found a bug within the app or maybe a bug with IOS itself. Do you have a Desktop/laptop to try?

 

 

PS: Just to inform you, I have escalated your case to make more of the support staff and Rock stars aware of your issue

Reply to their "no-reply" email which you should get after submitting your request.  An agent should get in touch with you within 24-48 hours. As i said in a previous post, i have escalated your case to make even more peopel aware of your problem you are having.

 

Spotify support does care about its customers. I can only say sorry on their behalf. 

 

Please keep me informed. If you DONT hear anything in a few days, please reply to this post or PM me and i will chase it up for you.
