Being Charged 9.99 per Month on CC but Linked Facebook Account Only Has Free Version

Many months ago I believe my Spotity account has high jacked or some settings on their servers are making so I could not get premium benefits. When I try to log on using a username (which I believe I used when I first created my spotify account) the web site says I have the wrong password. When I click the reset password and give it my email it says that I used a facebook account to log in. When I try that facebook login it says that I only have the free version. 

So I am being charged 9.99 per month for premiun but cannot use premium benefits becuase of the mess up with the facebook account being tied to Spotify. When I first tried to get this fixed I didn't have any luck but my CC expiration date was coming up so I decided to let it lapse but now these charges are showing up on my new CC. 

How can I get access to the account that is charging me 9.99 per month and either use it or cancel my service?

I have found your Premium account and it looks like it may have been accessed by another 'user'.  I have put a temporary block onto it which will prevent any futher charges and will help us recover the account for you.  Could you please contact the support team via this link and then reply to this thread with the case number?  I will then chase the case up for you.
