Being Charged Monthly with Free Version

Being Charged Monthly with Free Version

I have had Premium in the past but cancelled it. I am still being charged monthly and my account says I only have Free version.  I do not get a monthly receipt sent to my email and have tried logging in under different accounts and they all say free.  I want to cancel these payments but under all my account information it says I only have the Free version?  Where is this charge coming from???  How do I stop it?????

In case you really can't find the account where you're getting billed, it would be best to get in touch with Spotify directly through here

 

If you're getting billed through PayPal, make sure to get ready with your Invoice ID. If by a payment card, get ready with these details:
- how the charge appears on your statement

- date and time of charge

- amount

- and other payment information

 

They should be able to find your account if you're paying through them directly.
