Being Charged Twice after account crashed

Being Charged Twice after account crashed

On March 24th I discovered that my Premium account had stopped working for some reason.  NOT due to payment problem.  I then proceeded to re-register to Duo as it is only my son and myself.  I am now being charged for both.  How do I cancel the Premium without messing up Duo?  I am in Canada and using on my iPhone, iPad and my son is on Samsung Galaxy.

Was charged April 16th for Premium and then April 24th for Duo

thanks for reaching out to the community !

 

It seems like you currently have two active accounts.

In this case, i would strongly recommend using this help page and locate all the accounts listed with your details.

 

Then, when you figure out which account it is that you wish to cancel, you can log in and use these steps to do so.

 

You can also, at any time, visit your account overview page to view your subscription status and payment invoices.
