Being Charged Twice

I'm being charged twice for my account each month. I have paid £4.99 for the student offer and had signed up for this for a year, and that indicated that I would not also be charged £9.99 each month. 

So i have also been paying £9.99 each month, for the last two months and would like to reclaim this and ensure it doesn't happen again as the money is about to go out of my account again for January!

Help would be appreciated!

It sounds like you definitely have two accounts with two seperate subscriptions going. If you could get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form they will be able to investigate this for you. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
