So I've been using spotify (this time around), for about 1/2 months I think.
I listen to the top 100 song playlist most days and have it as offline on my mobile.
Well i was charged two lots of £50 (£100) for two groups of 100 songs yesterday. I dont' download music. I listen to the palylists offline with my premium account. I don't even know HOW to download music with spotify. Haven't a clue.
I can only guess it's the top 100 playlist I've payed for? Unless I hear anything from spotify today I'll be contacting my bank to investigate fraudulent events on my bank account.

Hi TrishWalsh - As Richard says, it's best to go through our contact form for this. We'll need to confirm a few details which is best done over email.
When I used Spotify the first time I just clicked on the download button, now - since one week - Spotify is downloading a playlist. The problem is I cannot stop this. I don't want the playlist. How can I stopp the download?
Just an update. The Payments team refunded me the full amount which was great. BUT I noticed that my monthly 9.99 came off recently so decided to open spotify for the first time since this issue happened... I opened it for 5 minutes (from my iphone), didn't even do a search, closed it, and once again, £50 was taken out of my account last week - again...
This 100% must have something to do with the top 100 playlist.
The application was deleted off my laptop when the problem occured the first time so it definitely can't be that.
I've had to delete the application from my phone as I'm worried it'll happen again! Every time I open the application and just look at the top 100 playlist (which at no point have I selected "download" anything), I get charged.
I've mailed support again.
Hi, I only signed up with spotify earlier this month and I only logged in on one day, I don't really know how it works to be honest, I just needed to dwnload a particualr song and could could only find it here so I signed up.
So, I've just downloaded 1 song one time and I see the £1.50 going out of my bank account for that but now there is a further £1.15 and £7.99 that have come out of my acount for 1 downlaod and 10 downlaods and I can see the receipts in my list but I have no idea what these charges are for and there are no other songs in my download list. I don't even know how to contact anyone about this 😞
The £1.50 i was expecting to pay comes up as 'A & N MEDIA' on my bank statement but the other payments come up as
'INT'L 0016986439
SPOTIFY 1137183518
LONDON'
What's it all about?
MissFortune81 - For any payment issue, please contact our payments team here. They'll get back to you as soon as they can.
Thanks!
I have the same problem
I have been charged severall times , this is really annoying !! I haven´t downloaded anything and I have been charged 4 times for downloading 100 songs . It appears in my account , downloaded music, songs and artists that I didn´t even knew them.
I think I am going to the authorities and take legal actions for fraud
Hi Valmac73 - As Sam mentions above, all payment and download issues need to go via our contact form.
From there our payments team can look at your individual account and lend you a hand.

I have the same problem...have downloaded song and my credit has been used but songs not downloading until next day or not at all
Hi wstxp01 - I've just had a look at your downloads. Currently you've used 28 of your 30 downloads.
However, I believe you aren't seeing them at times because you've made two separate accounts. One is your original account while the other is linked to Facebook.
It's your Facebook account that has the downloads you've purchased. Please try signing in with your FB email and password to see those tracks.
hello i have purchased for 10 downloads which is £7.99 but it say says 4 downloads remaining while i am unable to download anything yet. if i go to my downloads i have only one song succecfully. what do i do i need my money back
