Being Charged for premium but dont have premium

Being Charged for premium but dont have premium

I have no idea how to reach customer service.

So to any Spotifier admins out there

 

Please investigate why I am being charged NZ$13/month adn both my spotify accounts say they are not premium.

 

Please see attached the screen print showing the billings.

 

None of these relate to my two accounts.

Hey @craigpnz,

 

If you could answer the questions below we can get a better idea of what's happening here and help.

1. When you log into your account did you use an email address or your Spotify username?
2. Do you see all your playlists in the account?
3. Could you please attach a screenshot of what you currently see when you sign in?

So that is the one account that i log in winto via facebook.

 

I have another FB account that alos links to a NON premium account. 

 

WAs hoping Spotify could match teh invoice mumbers to an account and let me know if I have another premium account somewhere.

 

If they do not I will stop payment on teh credit card
