Being billed but don't know what account

Being billed but don't know what account

I am being billed for a family membership but don't know what subscription that is for. Maybe an old one ... How can I stop that account? How can I find out what account?

Edit. I am being charged two times, two different credit cards. I don't know what one of them is.

I am in the same problem with you, I can't contact them because I don't have an account with them but they are taking my money out from my credit card every month

Since you're having issues using the Contact form as you don't have an account.

 

Then I'd suggest you to get in touch with Spotify through  their Twitter account @SpotifyCares, or through their Facebook page, so they can check your account on their end, and to better explain what happened.
