Being billed each month but showing as free version

Being billed each month but showing as free version

I noticed my account dropped down to the free version about 2-3 months ago.  I've not been using spotify recently so didnt mind.

 

I have just looked at my bank and spotify is defintely taking money from me every month.  

 

What gives?  How can I stop it - theyre debiting my card?

It's possible that you've upgraded another account with Premium. To check for additional accounts you can follow the steps here: https://support.spotify.com/account_payment_help/troubleshooting/do-i-have-an-additional-account/.
