Being charge with monthly fees but not able to access to account

Being charge with monthly fees but not able to access to account

I have signed up with Spotify and also tried to try out the 30 day free premium trail but never had the access and it kept showing on my account suscribtion FREE and yesterday on 1/10 got charge monthly fees with sending out a receipt or having access to my account to listen to music also i'm not able to log in on my iPhone but I can log in on website.
I tried to look for contact us link but couldn't find any.
I'm new To this so please need help

Hi @svetlanawilliam thanks for posting in the Spotify Community! 

 

Would you be able to have a root around for a Spotify Premium receipt in your email junk folder or texts? If you can find one it'll have a username on, so you can make sure you're signing in with the corresponding premium username. There's a chance that there's a duplicate account I think.
