Being charged 129.00 pesos during 7 days premium trial

Being charged 129.00 pesos during 7 days premium trial

I was charged 129 pesos on march 26 bases on my credit card statement when I activated the 7 day free trial. Currently (April 1, 2016) my 7 day free trial expires. I need a refund on my 129 pesos.

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address.

 

Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.

I had the same happening to me (129 SEK). I'm very annoyed by this amateurish behavior from Spotify.

Update: Customer service told me I should get money back from Apple. Used the Apple refund site and got my money back.
