Being charged £15 a month for a family account and it should be a student.

Hi there,

I started up a student discount account a few months ago. I've just seen on my bank statement that the last 2 months have come out as £15 charge for a family account.

I didn't sign up for this and no-one else in my family uses it. I can't find a way to contact customer services to set this right.

Does anyone know what I should do?
