Being charged 5 months after cancelling free trial???

Being charged 5 months after cancelling free trial???

I set my mum up on a free trial to see if she'd like it, but she didn't use it. I cancelled the free trial but she has just noticed on her credit card statement that she has been getting charged for the last 5 months?? I've cancelled her account again. Is there any way to get a refund for this? She hasn't used spotify at all and I don't know why it didn't stop when I cancelled her account 5 months ago
