Being charged but don’t have premium anymore

Being charged but don’t have premium anymore

Hi I have three accounts with Spotify and none of them have premium yet I am being charged for it. I would like to cancel this completely but as it’s saying I don’t have premium with any of my accounts I don’t know how to this? 

Also is there no contact number or email address for Spotify? This is very frustrating when you’re being charged for a service you’re not getting and there is no way of contacting you to sort it out.

How do I get refunded

Thanks for reaching out. We're sorry to hear you've been charged for Premium, but can only see Free. 

 

It sounds like you might have a second account which is on Premium. We'd recommend following the steps here to locate the second account. 

 

If you're unable to find a second account, or you think someone might be using your payment details, then check out these steps
