My Question or Issue

i am being charged for 4 months in a row when I never should have been charged at all. 2 times it cost me an overdraft fee. I have tried to contact Spotify to resolve this but it is very difficult to contact. Please help

Maybe you can explain how this worked? Did you once have the premium plan selected but then canceled it but kept paying for it? I recommend checking out this support page, which is about the issue you are encountering. And if you are wondering, these are Spotify's refund policies.
