Being charged for normal premium and student discount premium

Hi, could anyone please help me?? I just got my phone bill from O2 and I am being charged £9.99 for spotify for the 3/10/15, but when I log into spotify, it says I will be charged £4.99 (student discount which is what I am supposed to have) on 5/10/15. I have spoken to O2 and they say it is spotify's problem. I don't want to keep paying £15 for a spotify account!! Please please help!!
