Being charged for premium account when I don't have one.

Being charged for premium account when I don't have one.

I signed up with Spotify for the free 3 month trial, now the trial is over I'm being charged, I can see the transactions coming out of my account, I log in to try and deactivate my account but it still says my account is free and I'm not being charged when I clearly am.

 

How do I deactive my account, I keep going into manage subscriptions but nothing is there, just tells me to sign up for premium.

Hi there @user-removed and welcome to the community!! Billing and account questions cannot be fully answered in the Community as this is a group of fellow users and not an official support forum.

 

I recommend reaching out directly to Spotify Support. They can be reached through their Twitter Handle @SpotifyCares or through the online contact form.

If you submit the contact form instead of the Twitter Message, make sure to check your inbox and junk folder for an email from Spotify.
