Being charged for premium and not being able to use it.

Being charged for premium and not being able to use it.

I am being charged for premium every month and I did not sign up for premium. I am also not able to use premium when I log in to my account. I want to cancel my subscription and I want my money refunded that I ahve been charged.

You should contact with Spotify Consumer Support filling this contact form.


If you receive an automated email that leads you back to the community or help pages, reply to it (even if it's from "no-reply") and one of the Spotify team members will get back to you as soon as possible.

Don't forget to check your Spam Box 😉

No, Spotify doesn't have a phone number.

 

Have you checked your inbox/spam box for an automated mail?

The subject should be something like: Spotify Support Case #...

 

Support usually replies within 24-48 h.
