My credit card is being charged for a spotify premium subscription but my accont doesnt have one and i didnt set one up recently this has happened twice once this month and once last. Any help is greatly appreciated

You will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form since this is a payments issue and they will be able to look into it a little closer for you. Don't worry, if you have been overcharged and not using premium they should be able to refund you 😉
If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
