Being charged for premium when I cancelled my subscription.

Being charged for premium when I cancelled my subscription.

I had made sure that my automatic renewal was off so that this wouldn't happen but when my Spotify premium expired I was charged again. I would like to know why and I would also like my money back!!!

Hey @Dc43,

 

The first thing to do is check your email for a Confirmation Email. Each user receives one after cancelling their Spotify subscription.

I haven't gotten any confirmation of any charges to my card but yet the money was taken out of my account

It sounds like you didn't complete the cancellation process. Please give that another try via your subscription page. You'll then receive a confirmation email shortly after that.
